Drop in visitors to the library are welcome to browse the library's reading rooms. Regular visitors are required to hold a general public membership for a fee of Rs. 50 per month. Research scholars who seek borrowing rights are required to hold full membership at a fee of Rs. 250 per month. Membership is available from the library reception area.
